Getting started: click 'Upload your file' on the homepage, or 'Try with sample data' to explore without uploading anything. PivotHero accepts .csv, .xls and .xlsx files up to 50MB.

After upload, the AI recommends a pivot configuration with an explanation for each choice. Click 'Generate Report (Recommended)' to accept it, or 'Customise First' to manually assign columns.

Every report is generated in full immediately. Free users see a blurred, watermarked preview with a readable executive summary; unlocking a report for US$10/year removes the watermark and enables downloads.
